How Greystone Got Started
Greystone Roofing was founded by a first generation contractor who worked his way up from being a member on a tear off crew, to the owner of a leading construction company. After years working for larger contractors, he saw a gap: homeowners were being handed off to subcontractors, given vague timelines, and left with warranties that weren't worth the paper they were printed on. Greystone was hit the ground running to change that standard, bringing accountability, transparency, and quality craftsmanship back to the construction experience.
Greystone set the bar with a simple promise — the owner shows up to every job, the same crew finishes what they start, and every roof gets the same attention whether it's a 1,200 sq ft bungalow or a 4,000 sq ft estate.
We've grown to a team of 15, completed over 500 roofs across California, and earned a reputation that keeps our calendar full year round, mostly through referrals from homeowners who trusted us once and never looked elsewhere again.

We live in the communities we serve. Our crew members are OC residents as well, their kids go to school here, they shop at the same grocery stores, and they drive past the roofs they've installed every day. That kind of accountability doesn't come from a franchise.
We've partnered with local suppliers, supported youth sports leagues in Laguna Niguel and Mission Viejo, and donated roof repairs to families in need across California. Being local and giving personal one on one attention isn't a marketing line for us, it's just how we operate.
